Playable Ad Developers (Junior - Middle levels)

Nexar Games is looking for passionate Playable Ad Developers to help us create engaging playable ads. Your mission is to create compelling moments that capture users' attention and draw them in, turning static ads into engaging interactive experiences. That is why a Playable Ad Developer needs strong logical thinking and a diligent approach to work. You will act as a strategic bridge between the art of marketing and advanced programming techniques.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in an equivalent role.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in Cocos Creator.
• Passionate about playing games across different platforms.
• Passionate about creating fresh and engaging game experiences through playable ads.
• Eager to learn, explore and apply new technologies.
• Experience with Unity is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Creative Direction team to contribute ideas, develop scripts and produce a range of playable ads for business activities and product development.
• Work with the Art and Product teams to develop strategies and plan playable ad production effectively.
• Ensure playable ads meet the required format, file size, quality and compatibility standards for each ad network.
• Work with the team to evaluate and optimise playable ads to improve business performance.
