Game Designer (Fresher Level)

Nexar Games is looking for a talented Fresher Game Designer to help us develop new mobile game genres. We value people with a clear career vision who keep setting ambitious targets and pursue them with focus and determination

As someone who helps shape the game, you will be primarily responsible for developing and optimising the user experience. You will need strong creative thinking, a deep passion for games and a broad understanding of the gaming world. Most importantly, you need to be a genuine gamer — an exceptional player with a sharp analytical eye.

Requirements:

• Screenshots of your Steam Library and playtime, or equivalent information from another platform. Please make sure your screenshots clearly show hours played, as in the example.

Responsibilities:

• Work with other teams to research and develop games while helping shape how they will be released in the future.
• Work with other teams to balance in-game elements so the product hits its metrics and stays aligned with business goals.

• Go beyond playing games for entertainment. Build the habit of analysing and “decoding” major titles from a genuine player’s perspective to help optimise the user experience.
• Be genuinely passionate about game design, and set on building real expertise in it.
