Creative Designer
(Junior - Middle levels)

Nexar Games is looking for a passionate Creative Designer to help create impactful product messages for mobile games. You will play an important role in helping players better understand the products our team is proud to build.

Requirements:

• Become proficient in video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Audition, or similar tools.
• Develop a strong understanding of composition and cinematic camera angles.
• A solid grasp of storytelling principles.
• Fluency in the 12 Principles of Animation.
• Understand how to use different types of sound effectively in video production.
• Take the lead on planning and carrying out your work.
• Knowledge of 3D animation and modelling is a plus.
• Be passionate about playing games across different platforms.
• Be passionate about making videos and developing your video production capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Creative Director to contribute ideas, develop scripts and produce a range of videos for business activities and product development.
• Partner with the Art and Product teams to develop strategies and plan video production effectively.
• Ensure video formats, file sizes and quality meet business requirements.
• Organise and store assets, resources and product strategy files in a clear, systematic way.
• Take part in training and knowledge sharing to help strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
